Delete Account

Delete your Life Practice account — instructions in Chinese and English below (App Store review requirement).

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the Life Practice app and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm twice.

The service first cancels any active recurring subscription. If cancellation or external account revocation temporarily fails, the account is not marked deleted and you can retry. On success, Firebase Authentication, profile, favorites, characters, reports, analytics identifiers, and store-entitlement links are deleted, and local practice history is cleared. Payment transaction facts may be retained for accounting, refunds, or disputes, but UID and email links are removed. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot use the app

Email [email protected]，with the subject “Delete account”. We will complete the deletion and reply within a reasonable period.

Delete your account (English)

3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm twice.

On success, Firebase Authentication, profile, favorites, characters, reports, analytics identifiers and store-entitlement links are deleted, and local practice history is cleared. Payment transaction facts may be retained for accounting, refunds or disputes, but the service removes UID and email links. This cannot be undone. If you can’t access the app, email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject “Delete account”.
